Refund policy
At Zevroon Wear, all our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner. Because of this, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy.
1. Made-to-Order Products
All items are printed and produced only after an order is placed. Due to this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size selection
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
We strongly recommend checking the size chart before placing your order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We offer a free replacement or refund if:
- The product arrives damaged
- The print is defective or unclear
- You receive the wrong item
To request a replacement/refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

3. Proof Required
To process your request, you must provide:
- Clear photos of the product
- Images of the packaging (if applicable)
- Order number
Without valid proof, we may not be able to process your request.
4. Replacement Process
Once your request is approved:
- A replacement will be processed at no additional cost
- No need to return the defective product (in most cases)
- Replacement delivery timelines will apply
5. Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will only be issued if:
- Replacement is not possible
- The issue cannot be resolved
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order
- After this, production may begin and cancellation may not be possible
7. Shipping Issues
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer may lead to failed delivery (no refund in such cases)
